The first screen you will see asks which event you wish to register for, your name (first and last), phone number, and Email Address. All are required.
FIRST click the arrow next to "I wish to register for this event". Then select JUST ONE of the listed events. See the example at the right ---->
THEN enter your name, phone number and email address. One person per registration please!
The drop down will list one or more upcoming events which are currently available for registration. (Note that there may be only one event available at times). A details panel for that event only will appear below the Email Address entry field.
AFTER you enter your name, phone and email - scroll down to that details panel. (Examples and instructions below)
Events like Driver Safety or AED/CPR are held classroom style at a fixed date/time for all who attend.
The date will be shown, so just click on the single start time shown under the date.
If that class is full and not available for registration, the date indication will not appear and a message will be given
Screenings, tests or shots may be available at multiple times and perhaps on multiple dates.
If there are multiple dates shown, click on one of them to highlight it (blue). That date's first 12 available appointment times are then shown at the right. There may be more times than initially shown - place your cursor in that area to scroll to check for more.
Time slots already taken will be "grayed out". You may have to select a different date to find an appointment.
When all appointments are taken for an announced date, that date will no longer appear.
Any missing fields will flag as an error in RED. After you have made your selection and corrected any errors, press the SUBMIT button to finish. You will see a "Thank You" page.
It is important that you now close your browser! If you press enter on the Thank You screen or try to go back to the registrations process directly, you may send your registration twice (but we will figure it out).
You will receive an email confirmation at the given address; as well as an email reminder 2 days before the event, with information and instructions repeated.
You may be called by phone if further information is needed - such as insurance for tests which are covered.
IF YOU WISH TO REGISTER FOR ANOTHER EVENT, YOU MUST COMPLETELY EXIT THE PROCESS AND START OVER ENTIRELY.
